At Allied Moulded, we believe in the products and services delivered by us and commit your satisfaction with our services and support. However, we shall make all efforts to address your concern through enabling order cancellation process.

Please read the policy, conditions, and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our Customer, concerning any product(s) ordered or purchase you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise.

A. Applicability:
This policy is applicable for both buyer and seller using e-commerce platform. Further, in this document, Buyer is being referred as “Customer” and Seller is referred as “Allied Moulded, India” further termed as AMI.

B. Cancellation Policy:
If the Customer decides to cancel the order, such cancellations must be done within 24 hours from the order placed. Customers are recommended to send an email to alliedproducts@alliedmoulded.com with the subject line “Order Cancellation Request– Proforma Invoice number”.

If AMI decides to cancel the order, such cancellations must be done within 48 hours of receiving the orders.

C. Refund of Cancelled Order:
– When Customer initiate cancellation of orders, through online payment, based on the cancellation request and approval, Allied would extend with credit note within 7 working days. 5% amount will be deducted as bank processing and administration charges. This credit note can be redeemed within 12 months from the date of credit days.
– When AMI initiate cancellation of orders, the company will refund the received money to the original payment method within 14 working days.

D. General Terms:
– All email and case are reviewed by members of the support team and personally responded within 24 hours.
– Our customer support team works 5 days (Mon-Fri) from 10AM to 4PM.
– If the said order is cancelled with a malicious intent or with an intent to defraud, then we shall not be held liable for such cancellation and there shall be no guarantee of refund in such cases.
– For the instances like delay in shipment days, delay in transportation days, product received in damaged conditions, ordered wrong part or quantity, cancellation is not applicable.
Applicable Law: Our cancellation and refund policy comply with the relevant provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Force Majeure: We shall not be considered in breach of this policy or default under any terms of use, and shall not be liable to the User for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force Majeure Event”).
– We reserve the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes shall be indicated on the top of this Agreement as last updated and will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
– By making a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
