RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR E-COMMERCE:

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. At Allied Moulded, we believe in the products and services delivered by us and commit your satisfaction with our services and support. However, we shall make all efforts to address your concern through enabling hassle-free return process.
A. Applicability:
This policy is applicable for both buyer and seller using e-commerce platform. Further, in this document, Buyer is being referred as “Customer” and Seller is referred as “Allied Moulded, India” further termed as AMI.
B. Return Policy:
– Customer is eligible to return product/products, within 48 hours of receiving the package if found to be with manufacturing defect, damaged condition, or ordered wrong catalogue number.
– Customer is eligible to return if the product is new, unused/as-is, undamaged and in resalable condition, including all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
– *** Large quantities of items may not qualify for return and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
C. Return Process:
– Customers should email AMI customer support contact email at allliedproducts@alliedmoulded.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
– Email should be mentioned with order ID, reason for return, proof of evidence like photograph/videos if damaged or defective product(s) to expedite the resolution process.
– AMI will reply to customer’s email with assessment of acceptance or non-acceptance of return request within 48 hours with notes/reasons from the receipt of email.
– Allied Moulded (AMI) will accept return of merchandise which is defective or was supplied in error, by AMI, for full credit.
– Upon approval, the terms of the credit for such returns are:
o Less all freight charges paid.
o Less all repack costs incurred in placing the goods in saleable condition. Repack costs = 5% based on purchase price.
o Must be returned PREPAID.
o Return Goods Authorization (RGA)(hyperlink) must be returned with material.
Scenario 1: Manufacturing Defect
– If the product is qualified under return, based on the assessment and acceptance under manufacturing defect, AMI will arrange the service personnel to repair and restore the functionality of the product at the delivered location. In the case of unforeseen situations, AMI will pick up the defective product and bring back to the factory for repair and restore of the product and deliver back.
– If AMI is unable to perform repair and restore, replacement and restore shall be ensured at its cost.
Scenario 2: Damaged Condition
– If the product to be considered under damaged condition defect, please refer AMI Product Quality Policy(hyperlink) in our website.
– If the product is qualified under return based on the assessment and acceptance under damaged condition, AMI will arrange the service personnel to repair and restore the functionality of the product preferably at the delivered location. In the case of unforeseen situations, AMI will pick up the defective product and bring back to the factory for repair and restore of the product and deliver back.
– If AMI is unable to perform repair and restore, replacement and restore shall be ensured at its cost.
Scenario 3: Ordered Wrong Catalogue Number
– When Customer order wrong catalogue number, based on the assessment and acceptance, customer shall send back the product/products at their cost.
– AMI shall conduct physical audit once we received the products on hand. Based on the assessment, AMI will deduct 5% amount as bank processing and administration charges and shall release credit note for the balance amount.
– In the case of receival of damaged part/product, AMI will deduct full product cost along with 5% amount as bank processing and administration charges and shall release credit note for the balance amount.
D. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable:
The products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the Customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
We reserve the right to modify or update this Return and Exchange Policy at any time. Any changes shall be indicated on the top of this Agreement as last updated and will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
