TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR E-COMMERCE:
Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance by Allied Moulded Enclosures (India) Pvt Ltd, hereinafter referred to as Allied Moulded India or AMI, and only for limited product offering.
Freight: Freight charges will be prepaid and allowed on a single order, single release, to single delivery point within the country.
This does not include job site, lift gate, inside deliveries, or any other accessorial fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. The choice of logistics company is at Allied’s discretion.
Return Material:

Rework: Under no circumstances will credit be allowed without written authorization by an official of Allied for rework on any materials.

Loss or Damage in Transit: AMI’s responsibility ceases with delivery to the carrier, at which time title passes to the purchaser and all claims for loss, damage and/or delay must be made to the carrier by the purchaser. Assistance in the form of shipping document copies is available upon request. Claims for shortage must be made within 15 days after receipt of material.
Prices: Orders are accepted with understanding the goods will be billed at the price in effect at time of shipment, unless otherwise specified in quotation.
Taxes: The amount of any present or future sales or other similar tax applicable to the material sold here under shall be added thereto. As pe the Indian GST law, all GSTs taxes are as applicable. AMI GST number (29AAICA2448P1Z3) and product HSN Code (85381010).
Promise Dates: Any promise dates toward shipment of all or any part of any order, whether given prior to or after placement of said order, are determined to the best of our ability, but are in no way guaranteed. AMI, therefore, is not indemnitor for any damages, losses or claims whatsoever due to inability to meet such promises.
Typing Errors: All Typing errors are subject to correction.
Catalogue Specifications: Catalogue dimensions are subject to change at the discretion of AMI.
One Year Warranty:
Allied Moulded Enclosure (India) Pvt Ltd. warrants its Industrial Electrical Enclosures to be substantially free from defects in materials and workmanship when used in applications considered normal use for one year from the date of original shipment from our factory (or warehouse) or one year from documented field installation, not to exceed 2 months from the original shipment date from AMI. This warranty covers the standard color fiberglass enclosure as well as hardware, modifications, and accessories supplied by AMI as part of the original enclosure.
This warranty expressly does not cover damage related to after-market or field modifications, repairs, misuse, handling, neglect, accident, improper storage, shipping, damage, installation, or assembly damage.
Any enclosure deemed defective during the warranty period will be either repaired or replaced at AMI’s sole option. Repair or replacement of the enclosure in question along with any pre-approved, reasonable labor costs will constitute complete fulfillment of AMI’s liabilities.
Consequential Damage: Anything to the contrary, herein contained notwithstanding AMI shall not be liable for any consequential, contingent or incidental damages whatsoever.
